Yoga breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system.

Yoga breathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but it's easier to learn, can

What Will I Learn?

Each week we have a different subject that we focus on and different breathing exercises

  • Week 1: Breath Testing - We will start with testing your breathing capabilities so that we can measure your results over the 4 weeks we spend together. You will be introduced to 3 breathing techniques to start you off to do during the week
  • ​Week 2: Water, Whiskey, Coffee - You will learn about the different categories of breathing that we work with and how to use the right one for you in any given set of circumstances to be able to change your state
  • ​Week 3: Science of Breathing - This session focuses a on the muscles of breathing, Oxygen and Co2's role in breathing, why we use nose breathing, in addition you will learn about breath hunger and the gases we breath every day and the importance of these.
  • ​Week 4: Nervous System and Breathing - This session will teach you about your autonomic nervous system. You will learn all about fight or flight and rest and digest and how to manipulate these. This is when the 4 weeks all come together and you see the power of what you have been practicing. 
  • Easy to follow along breathing audios - During the time you will get ​6 difference breathing techniques to practice and the knowledge to create what works for you in the future

How Does It Run Each Week?

What do the sessions look like and what will you need?

  • Weekly - Each week there will be an online Zoom meeting which will be 45 mins - 1hr long recordings will be emailed to you after to keep forever.
  • ​Format of Meetings - Check ins, Q&A, chances to share experiences, lessons and then guided Breath Work with everyone.
  • Complete Course - With tutorials, lessons, and guided breath audios for you to follow and keep (see below)
  • ​You will need - Secure internet connection, zero disturbances, a place to sit and lay down, pen and paper!

What happens if I go away during the program?
This is not a problem because this course can be done anytime and anywhere as it is online
What if I cannot make a session?
Sometime life happens and we understand that. If you cannot make a session it will be recorded and sent to you as usual. Plus you will stil be able to access the recordings in the group What'sApp
How much time do I need to invest?
The biggest time investment will be on weekly sessions which are anywhere between 45 mins - 1hr long depending on questions and sharing. During the week you will be required to find 15 minutes in total through the day to do your breathing practices.
Are there payment options?
Payment would be upfront and there are not refunds - all sales are final
What if I don't have What'sApp
This is a FREE app that anyone can get either on android and on Iphone. 
Can I transfer to another course?
We understand that things get in the way but we like our clients to make a commitment to themselves and the workshop. No transfers are available because of that.
